The pre-buy
program is based on your average yearly usage. The more you buy,
the less per gallon you pay.
The gallons you buy MUST be paid for up-front when the contract
(which includes a one-year tank rental) is signed. Minimum pre-buy
is 500 gallons a year.
Contracts are usually offered starting June 1st of each year. This
date depends on our being able to pre-buy from our suppliers.

Stevens Gas Service’s Budget plan
offers our customers a way of moderating fuel bills during the peak
usage period.
Rather than pay for each delivery, you make 12
equal payments spread out over the year. Any service work performed
during the year is paid for separately from the budget payment.
